This feature of Generative AI with SAP Success factors to hire right candidate is a failure. It is creating more Gaps than Fit. Candidates are making tailormade fake resumes to fulfill the demand and even the recruiters are party to it. Lots of eligible candidates with real experience are left out.

Si no la tienes centralizada en una solución, la puedes generar en algún sitio web. El uso de IA debe tener un impacto real, esto es muy básico. Mi humilde opinión.

I was lucky to work with one strong player, who uses this solution right now - BNAC (Business Network Asset Collaboration, formerly AIN). The vision is awesome, and the effort put by SAP into development of this specific Suite of Products - is a great thing. Cheers to AsInt Team and everyone working on this tool.
